Working Genius® Assessment & Team Development

Every team has talented people. The challenge is ensuring those talents are aligned, understood, and utilized effectively.

The Working Genius® assessment, created by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group, helps individuals identify the types of work that naturally energize them and the work that creates frustration. Unlike traditional personality assessments, Working Genius focuses on how people contribute to the work itself—providing practical insights that improve communication, collaboration, productivity, and employee engagement.

Participants complete a brief assessment and receive a personalized report identifying their Working Geniuses, Competencies, and Frustrations. During the facilitated workshop, teams learn how the six geniuses—Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity—work together to move ideas from concept to completion.

Through team mapping, discussion, and practical application, participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their teammates. Organizations leave with a common language for teamwork, greater appreciation for individual strengths, reduced workplace frustration, and improved team performance. Working Genius is a practical tool that helps leaders build healthier, more productive, and more engaged teams.

  • Improve team communication and collaboration
  • Reduce workplace frustration and burnout
  • Increase engagement and productivity

Threat of Violence Training

Threats of violence can happen in any workplace, school, business, nonprofit, or community organization. This practical, scenario-based training helps participants recognize potential warning signs, understand their response options, and take decisive action when safety is at risk.

Participants learn three primary responses: Evacuation, Shelter in Place, and Lockdown. The class emphasizes situational awareness, decision-making under stress, and the importance of choosing the response that best fits the threat, environment, and available options.

This training is not about creating fear. It is about building confidence, preparation, and a clear plan before a crisis occurs. Through discussion, practical examples, and tabletop scenarios, participants leave better prepared to protect themselves, protect others, and respond effectively.

Be aware. Be prepared. Your response saves lives.
